Thor Halverson Fights For Individual Liberties and Human Rights

Thor Halvorson created the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) in 2005. He is a descendant of Venezuelan and Norwegian politicians and rulers. Following in the beliefs of his ancestors, Halvorson strongly believes and advocates for human rights and individual liberties.

Thor’s family has had first-hand experiences with violations of human rights. His father was tortured in prison, his mother was shot during a demonstration, and his cousin is currently a political prisoner in Venezuela. Thor, however, has not let his family’s negative experiences turn his outlook on people. He loves people, especially those who are considered “troublemakers” for standing up to government overstep and violations. Read more: Thor Halvorssen | Facebook

Garry Kasparov, chairman of HRF, is a Russian political activist. Kasparov has also spent time fighting for what he feels is right, including being beaten by Russian police for protesting. Thor has also taken a beating for his cause. After interviewing the leader of the Unified Buddhist Church of Vietnam, who had spent 28 years under house arrest, Vietnamese authorities arrested and detained him. He was set free after convincing police he was seeking religion.

Halvorssen is viewed as having right-wing beliefs by some, in part due to his continued negative opinions of left-wing dictatorships as well as receiving funding from conservative donors. He, however, strongly denies being a conservative and claims he is a “classical liberal.” He has criticized dictators and tyrants on both sides of the political spectrum.

Halverson doesn’t take political affiliation into consideration when adding to his team; all that matters to him is that they have the same goal of ending tyranny in the world. HRF is a team of only 12 individuals, who spend their days pointing out dictatorship and fighting for political prisoners. Thor found that the majority of other human-rights organizations resources are spent to fight injustices in the United States, and only a small percentage of those resources on true authoritarianism.

HRF holds the Oslo Freedom Forum every year, bringing both well-known human-rights reporters and activists as well as unknown freedom fighters together.

Thor Halvorssen was born in Venezuela and raised in Caracas. His mother was a descendant of Cristobal Mendoza and a relative of Simon Bolivar, Venezuela’s first two presidents. His father was a Venezuelan Ambassador for anti-Narcotic Affairs.

According to Crunchbase, Thor Halvorssen fights dictatorships, human trafficking, and slavery. He was the executive director and chief executive officer of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education until stepping down in 2004 to create HRF. As the president of HRF, he has fought for the release of political prisoners and advocated for human rights.

Malini Saba: An Honest Worker In A Dishonest World

Among many people, there are few who achieve success in the face of many different kinds of adversity. Among the few is Malini Saba, the CEO of Saban. She has achieved a lot in her life. What drives her achievement is passion. She has a passion and a vision. For one thing, she does not believe that one should be resigned to his circumstances. She also believed that she is equal to others and should not have to depend on a man in order to support her. This is why she has worked very hard in running a successful business.

One thing that could be said for Malini is that she is very honest and persistent. She is someone who has a strong belief in what she is doing. That is one of the driving factors of her success. This is also something that I admire in her because I share a similar mentality. She needed this mentality because she was faced with plenty of people that wanted to sabotage and destroy her. There were a lot of men who did not like the idea of her succeeding in any field. Therefore, they did everything they can in order to prevent that.

Fortunately, Malini has fought back and claimed her right to success. While it has been a harsh battle that resulted in major losses, Malini has pushed through the obstacles and has made herself to be one of the major successes in the world. One good thing that could be said for her is that she takes it beyond herself. She also thinks about women around the world that are in similar situations. She provides an opportunity and set of resources through her nonprofit, Stree. This makes it easier for women to overcome their circumstances. She shows that other women can form their own businesses and climb to the top.

Malini’s story is a very inspiring story. As a result of her diligence and hard work, she has become one of the more powerful women. While achieving all of the success that she has made, she is also watching over her daughter without the help of daycare. She wants to raise her daughter by herself so that she could learn from her mother. Malini Saba is very responsible and creative in what she does.

Sam Tabar Moves Up in FullCycle

The key to ensuring that a person involved with a major business stays relevant is to keep getting promoted and have a name mentioned positively. Such is the case with one Sam Tabar.

Sam Tabar has found himself in the news now, after it was learned that he was named the chief operating officer of the FullCycle Energy Fund. In a statement released upon hearing the good news, Tabar said that he was both excited and honored to be awarded the role of an operating officer at the company. He also mentioned how he looked forward to working with the fund’s senior leadership team to fulfill its goal of moving to use more environmentally friendly fuel options instead of high-cost and high pollution fuels.

Despite the big move for him, Sam Tabar is not new to the business of funding or financing, having been involved in this field for quite some time. Before launching his career off as a reputable businessman, Tabar spent his college days at Oxford University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the university with honors. After this he then went on to attend the Columbia Law School, earning a Masters of Law by the time he completed his classes, while also working as an editor for the Columbia Business Law Journal. From there, the first job he took on was working as an associate for a firm called Skadden, Arps, Slater, Meagher & Flom LLP.

After some time, Sam Tabar eventually left the firm to pursue other goals such as joining the SPARX Group Co. in 2004, becoming the managing director and co-head of the business development branch. His next big step after this turned out to be joining the Bank of America Merrill Lynch as the director for the Asia & Pacific Region and then becoming a senior associate at the Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP law firm.

Pamper Yourself And Your Hair With Shea Butter

Unrefined organic shea butter is a wonderful product for conditioning and styling your hair. The yellow waxy substance is extracted fat from the African shea tree and is known for many things such as a body moisturizer or treatment for sunburn, but it also has numerous hair benefits.

Shea butter promotes healthy hair due to its vitamin, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamin E protects the scalp from becoming dry and flaky. The antioxidants stimulate hair growth and the anti-inflammatory properties heal eczema and psoriasis. The butter also helps to protect your strands from sun damage or heat damage from styling tools.

There are many different ways to apply shea butter to your hair and scalp. Here are some to try:

• Massage melted shea butter into an itchy scalp to eliminate irritation.
• Apply a small amount of melted shea butter to your strands before styling to prevent heat damage.
• Saturate a section of your hair with a mixture of shea butter and coconut oil before curling.
• Rub shea butter between your palms until it is soft and apply to damp hair to detangle any knots.
• To moisturize your hair, heat a little shea butter and mix with olive oil. Apply after spritzing with water for hydrated and soft hair.
• For a one-time hair treatment simply heat two tablespoons of shea butter and coconut oil. Add a teaspoon of honey to the mixture and apply to damp hair.

Eugenia Shea uses unrefined shea butter harvested from all-female co-operatives in Northern Ghana to make their line of products.

Founded in 2014, by former Wall Street analyst, Naa-Saakle Akuete, Eugenia Shea is a family-run enterprise that provides not only a wonderful beauty product, but also gives back to the Ghanaian community. Eugenia Shea donates 15% of their profits to female workers in Ghana. Eugenia Shea is dedicated to fair wages for Ghanaian females and have established an education fund for women to pursue educational and training opportunities.

Eugenia Shea offers all sorts of different strengths for shea butter too, including their popular dermatological range: https://www.eugeniashea.com/products/dermatological-strength-shea-butter

Kyle Bass Sees Chinese Collapse On The Horizon

In 2016, April, Kyle Bass told FOX news China’s credit bubble would collapse and cause an economic recession in the United States. Bass believes this collapse will happen within the next two to three years, but he told FOX there was a forty to fifty percent chance it would happen by the end of 2016. Now it is August, within several days of September, and Bass’ prediction has yet to yield any fruit. Is it possible he was saying it as a scare tactic aimed at spooking investors away from Chinese investiture? Well, examining the situation critically, this doesn’t seem too far off the mark.

The average of forty and fifty is forty-five; ergo flipping a coin has a five percent greater likelihood of telling a person what the economy will do by the end of the year than Bass. That seems like very low odds for a billionaire who has demonstrated substantial acumen in the market! Why would a professional like that be willing to say something so vague?

Additionally, UsefulStooges has written about when Kyle Bass started CAD, the Coalition for Affordable Drugs. CAD uses sympathy for the sick, and their sad plight, to force courts into legislating big-ticket pharmaceutical companies such that their store prices are decimated. This drops stocks as a result, and Kyle Bass short-sells his holdings. In the end, he makes millions while the sick lose future cures that would have come from the Research and Development departments lost when a pharmaceutical must curtail ROI-risky expenditure.

Add into this cavalcade of evidence Bass’ relationship to Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, and the picture becomes clear. De Kirchner functions as a socialist despot in Argentina, Kyle Bass is an Argentine. Despite a double default in thirteen years at the hands of this woman, Kyle Bass always supports her decisions. How could he without relying on some socialist financial ethic?

The final nail in the coffin is Hayman Capital Management, the hedge fund Bass runs out of Austin, Texas; a city known for being exceptionally leftist. Hedge funds, likewise, are known for profiting as big corporations decline–socialist politics definitely recommends them. It’s likely, with all this in mind, that Bass’ stance on China is geared to force meltdown earlier so his investments mature quicker.

Brad Reifler for Middle America

Brad Reifler correctly believes that middle Americans are naturally put at a disadvantage on Wall St. Across the board, the wealthiest one percent of Americans are offered preferred treatment by a majority of the most powerful of firms on the planet.

The system is structured so that accredited investors are preferred. Accreditation is supposed to signify ability, skill, and caution. Unfortunately, in today’s finance market, accreditation is nearly synonymous with wealthy and powerful.

As a result, a majority of Americans are put at a disadvantage by being non-accredited.

For example, high fees are generally charged by powerful firms who control your portfolio. These fees are usually not connected in any way to the performance of the portfolio that they manage with your money.  This is particularly damaging for middle class Americans because these high fees can bleed them of their funds and capital.

Next, many of the most lucrative investment opportunities are reserved for accredited investors. Private equity firms and hedge funds, for example, generally require accreditation for participation.

In addition to less options in general, the options that are available to most of American investors are strongly correlated to the performance of the stock market. This means that not only are the options available for non-accredited investors inherently less lucrative, they are also more risky to begin with.

Brad Reifler of Forefront Capital aims to solve these problems and provide and equal footing for those wishing to begin their investment journey,

Brad Reifler started Forefront Capital with the intention of allowing the 99 percent of Americans the same opportunities. With low fees and minimal stock market correlation, the investment opportunities and portfolios managed by Forefront Capital aim to be lucrative and beneficial for every who seeks their services.

Forefront Capital works with its subsidiaries to provide alternative investment management and services. In general, clients are seen as partners to cooperatively improve the portfolios performance.  Read more about Brad on CrunchBase, and follow what Forefront is doing on his website.

Lime Crime is an internet-based brand name that was officially launched in 2008 by Doe Deere, an innovator as well as a believer that bright colors that are applied to the face accentuate the beautiful features of any single individual. Doe Deere is an innovative business woman who recently was interviewed by Galore Magazine to discus not only the though process behind the creation of the company, but also the reason for her company that be purely based off of the internet. Lime Crime was officially launched in 2008 as a side business to her clothes making business in which she sewed bright and beautiful clothes and sold them online. The makeup that she created on the side was created to emphasize the bright and beautiful colors and patterns that she used.

During Doe Deere’s interview with Galore magazine, Ms. Deere discussed the background of her interest with makeup and bright colors. Ms. Deere explained that she has always loved using makeup and bright colors in all of her outfits even if they did not match well. Doe Deere remembers distinctly playing with her friends at an early age and playing dress up with them. To have some of the best outfits, she and her friends borrowed their mothers’ shoes, accessories, as well as makeup in order to accentuate the look. Though the outfits she created were never considered to be couture, Ms. Deere has always kept that kid-like creativity with her designs.

As a businesswoman, Ms. Deere has made every single one of her products vegan free which means that there is no animal cruelty involved and no animal product in the makeup products that are sold. Doe Deere has great plans for the future and even hopes to open her own store in the future to sell her products in one place with the design of her choosing.
