Madison Street Capital Involved in the Merger of Two Leading Technology Firms

At the beginning of 2017, Madison Street Capital announced the conclusion of a merger transaction between The Spitfire Group and DCG Software Value. Madison is a leading investment banking firm recognized globally for serving middle level companies. During this merger transaction, Madison Street Capital provided financial advisory services to DCG Software Value. DCG is a provider of tech solutions such as software value management, software estimation and also point analysis.
